What do I do?

Support young people and adults with anxiety, pressure and emotional overwhelm.

Offer specialist 1:1 mentoring to help you feel more in control - at school, in sport, and in everyday life.​​

Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed or unable to stop worrying.

You could be struggling with exam pressure, performance or feeling stuck in the moment.

You might like practical support to help move forward with a long-term condition.

We will focus on building the tools and strategies you need to manage the difficult moments and everyday challenges.

 

This is a supportive space where you can explore what's happening for you, develop resilience and strengthen your confidence. Together, we'll look at what's standing in your way, identify the goals that matter most to you, and create a clear, realistic plan for moving forward.

 

This is not therapy as I cannot, in this setting, offer the containment and security required to engage in such work. But with a background in psychological healthcare, I use evidence-informed techniques adapted to help you stay focused, motivated, and empowered in everyday life.
