This is not therapy as I cannot, in this setting, offer the containment and security required to engage in such work.
However, this is a supportive space where you can explore what's happening for you, develop resilience and strengthen your confidence. Together, we'll look at what's standing in your way, identify the goals that matter most to you, and create a clear, realistic plan for moving forward.
