THE MENTORING APPROACH

How can I help?
Whether you're a young adult, a busy professional focused on performance or work-life balance, someone experiencing a big change, or a health-conscious individual, I can support you with:
-
Managing stress, emotional pressure and burnout
-
Overcoming anxiety and overwhelm, including social discomfort and panic-like responses
-
Setting and achieving goals
-
Living with a long-term health condition
-
Navigating life transitions
-
Building sustainable healthy habits (e.g. exercise, nutrition, sleep)
-
Loneliness or disconnection (especially remote workers)

Together, we’ll explore practical tools to help you navigate what’s in front of you, identifying what’s most important and breaking things down into manageable steps. We can discuss and reflect on what you’re experiencing and create a practical route forward, building skills for lasting resilience and self-support.
We can look at the patterns or processes that may be keeping you stuck and find ways to respond differently, using tools tailored to your goals and everyday life.
Using my experience and knowledge gained from various qualifications, I can provide mentoring support to help you work out how to create meaningful change with clarity and support.

How do I work?
This space is designed for open conversation, reflection, learning and steady progress.
My approach is grounded in psychoeducation and skill development, informed by a variety of structured psychological frameworks and drawing on principles and techniques from these models.
I offer a curious, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can feel understood and supported. Whether your challenges are long-standing or have developed more recently, I realise it can be difficult to recognise and understand what is going on.

Examples of work may consist of focusing on habits, structure and strengths to track progress achieving goals, working on problem-solving skills to get through difficult tasks or psychoeducation sessions to develop mental health literacy and learn specific psychological concepts.

We will focus on you as a person, not a label.
Please note that this service offers wellbeing-focused mentoring and psychoeducation. It is not a substitute for clinical therapy or mental health treatment. If I feel you require such support, I will immediately inform you of this and will do my best to signpost you to appropriate services.
